Service
Solar Hot Water Napier
Solar hot water uses roof collectors to pre-heat water, with an electric or gas booster covering cloudy periods and higher demand. Our plumbers service, repair and maintain existing systems, and assess new installations and replacements.

What's included
Solar hot water across Hawke's Bay
Hawke's Bay's sunshine can provide a useful share of household hot water, while an electric or gas booster keeps the supply reliable during winter and cloudy weather.
Existing systems can underperform when a pump, sensor or controller fails. We test the whole system before recommending repair or replacement, and assess roof orientation, shading and structure for new work.
Signs your solar hot water needs attention
- Water not heating or hot only late in the day
- Leaking collectors, roof pipework or fittings
- Circulating pump silent, noisy or erratic
- Controller faults or incorrect readings
- Booster running almost constantly
- Power use rising without a household change
